Анотація

У статті автор досліджує явище замовних вбивств в ранньосередньовічному скандинавському суспільстві. Аналізується взаємодія законів спрямованих проти даного виду злочинів. Виділено основні категорії вбивць і показана їх мотивація. Розглянуто питання, пов'язані з самодентифікацією злочинців і зв'язок їх дій зі світоглядними установками епохи вікінгів.
